hi hi, if you're reading this, chances are you've stumbled upon my blog because you, like me, are on a journey through the messy, amazing, and sometimes mystifying world of parenthood. I'm Tyra-Lae, and I'm so pleased to have you here with me.

first and foremost, I'm a proud mother who's been through the incredible journey of birth, sleepless nights (still deep in this actually, are you a sleep consultant by chance? ha), diaper changes, and the profound transformation that parenthood inevitably brings. There is more to me than just the messy buns and baby drool however... I am also a doula, armed with education and experience ready and passionate to support new parents navigate it all.

parenthood is like a rollercoaster... there are thrilling highs and heart-pounding lows, and sometimes you just want to throw your hands up and scream (in joy, frustration or fear - all welcomes here). My hope is to be your trusty guide and friend on this wild ride, with a sprinkle of humor of course.

I am all about providing a safe space for you, where you can be authentic to your experiences, ask questions, and share your stories without judgement. Were all in this together, navigating the beautifully chaotic journey of raising little human beings, aaaah.

In this blog, I will be sharing insights, advice, education, freebies, and anecdotes about pregnancy, birth and the postpartum experience. From the first sleepless night to the first smile, from the struggles to the triumphs, I'm here to offer a helping hand and a virtual hand to hold.
